I almost want to keep this one a secret, but I've found an incredibly beautiful B&B in the idyllic countryside of northeastern Holland, thanks to my tried and true travel guide, Here's Holland. (I personally think this is the best guidebook on the market -- loaded with all the details you need for your Dutch adventure, and written by three American and British residents who seem to know the country inside and out.
