NS service staff agents can help you when boarding and alighting from the train at more than 100 stations. This service is available to wheelchair users, the visually impaired and other disabled people. People who are temporarily disabled can also use this service. 

How to apply for assistance

• Phone the Disabled Assistance Office on (+31) (0)30 235 78 22.
• Inform the Disabled Assistance Office of your planned journey, the departure / arrival time and the stations of departure and arrival.
• Where to meet the service representative will be agreed with you.
• You must apply for assistance from the Disabled Assistance Office at least three hours prior to your intended departure time.
• If you wish to travel later than 10.30 p.m. you are requested to contact the Disabled Assistance Office before 7.30 p.m.
