Diamond Factories
Are you looking for a really sparkling experience? Visit one of Amsterdam’s authentic diamond factories. Find out how raw diamonds are turned into amazing jewellery. The diamond factories are situated across Amsterdam. Gassan Diamonds is one of the larger ones, situated in a monumental steam-driven diamond-cutting factory that dates back to 1878, close to Waterlooplein.

Anne Frank House
The Anne Frank House, situated in the centre of Amsterdam, was the hiding place where Anne Frank wrote her famous diary during World War II. A normal girl in exceptional circumstances, Anne described the events in her daily life, for more than two years.

Vondelpark
Close to the Leidseplein and Museumplein squares, you’ll find the Vondelpark, Amsterdam's largest and well-known park. There is always something to do. Locals and tourists alike come here to jog, rollerblade and ride their bikes. For a drink and/or quick bite, check out the Filmhouse situated in the middle of the park.

Canal Cruise
By day or by night, a magnificent way to explore Amsterdam is by boat. From the water you’ll have an impressive view of the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam’s daily life. At night, all the bridges are beautifully lit. Most canal cruises depart from the Central Station. Special cruises, like a museum boat tour are also available.

Jordaan Area
The Jordaan is a picturesque neighbourhood to the west of the city centre. The authentic Dutch houses with gable facades, its many quirky shops and galleries and well-hidden restaurants and pubs, are well worth exploring.

Heineken experience
Find out what it's like to be a bottle of beer at the Heineken Experience. Situated in the old Heineken brewer you get acquainted with the world of Heineken, one of the world's largest beer exporters.

Spa & beauty
A phenomenon in Amsterdam is Sauna Deco at the Keizersgracht 115. Here you will get the chance to totally relax in the authentically recreated atmosphere of Paris in the 1920's.
