Café Sjiek
This legend from Maastricht, situated on the edge of the historic town center, is 'small and cozy'. 'The regional oriented kitchen is simple but excellent; especially the specially prepared meat is worth trying'. With a good glass of house wine you just pick a seat at a table and you will be served by a skilled waiter/waitress. After diner you can relax at the bar. 'Just go there.'
