Special eight-hour meeting packages have been created to make your meeting successful and engaging. The packages are ideal for meetings from 9am to 5pm and include: coffee and tea with a snack, three-course luncheon or buffet, meeting room, media projector and screen, a flipchart easel, notepads with pens, iced water and peppermints. And after your meeting ends we’ll serve the participants a fresh, cherry blossom cocktail. The special price for this package is € 75* per person.
Are there any colleagues who can’t come to Amsterdam to attend the meeting? We also can provide an efficient solution via videoconferencing. From € 500 you can speak live with your colleagues from one of Okura’s luxurious conference rooms.
Naturally, we can create a custom package for any type of gathering.
