In a quiet street near shops and the beach. With a big - partly- fully enclosed garden with balcony. Children are welcome here as the sandpits and toys show. Bicycles and a cart are available as well as two parking licenses and garage.

All the bedrooms have hot and cold running water. Environmental-friendly facilities including a solar boiler for the hot water supply and solar collectors for the electricity supply. The houses also have a central heating boiler. No domestic animals are allowed.

The rental fee includes a dune pass for 'the Noordhollands Duinreservaat' and 'the Kennemerduinen' for six persons. Also much information on walking, cycling and other leisure activities in the province North-Holland.

In the high season the houses can only be rented for a minimum of two weeks. In the shoulder season the houses can be rented by a minimum of one week. In the low season it is possible to rent it for a weekend (Friday afternoon to Monday morning), midweek (Monday afternoon to Friday morning) or other agreed period.
