The ‘Taste of Sophia’ is a new concept which invites prestigious chefs from France, Italy, Spain, Australia and Japan to share their culinary knowledge with the chefs of Sofia. Two star chef Jean-André Charial will start off with the unique flavours of the French Provence. From 13 April to 31 May.
