What can you expect?

When you enter Paul’s house, you will feel right at home. The house is decorated with several types of art from African wooden dolls to typical Amsterdam art! Paul, in the past, was a businessman and had travelled a lot which is why he likes to have a dinner in cosy atmosphere with Burgundians dishes. That would not be a surprise if you knew he had distilled his own gin! You will enjoy a Dutch meal. For example, as a starter, a shrimp cocktail. After that, pheasant with sauerkraut or a tender steak with fries. The finishing touch of the whole dinner is cheese or a sweet delicacy of the well-know warehouse the “Bijenkorf”. Even Paul cannot cook better than the patisserie there!
