On November 1 2007, Foam Photography Museum in Amsterdam launches an exhibition of work by the young American photographer Ryan McGinley (b. 1977). McGinley has been hailed as one of today’s most promising international photographers. Following exhibitions at MOMA, the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York and Galerie du jour Agnés b. in Paris, his work can now be seen for the first time in the Netherlands. The show features a selection of warm and endearing images full of youthful élan from his recent work.
