During the school holidays this autumn, the Muiderslot Castle will transform into a knights feast for children. Inspiration for the activities come from the book, ‘Ridderfeest op het Muiderslot’ (Knights Feast at the Muiderslot Castle) by Arend van Dam. The author will hold a special book signing on the annual Children’s Day on 1 September.

Along the Knight’s Route and the Tower Route, are all latest interactive games to enjoy. In the ‘Kemenade’ children can dress up as a squire or maiden. In the Tower room, children can hand in their very own coat of arms and be recorded for all eternity in the great herald book of the Muiderslot Castle.
