‘Il Capo di tutti capi / Boss of all Bosses’… a title rarely bestowed on a single DJ. But if there is one DJ in the Hardstyle scene who deserves this title, it would have to be Daniele Mondello. The Sicilian scratch master will live up to this claim on 29 September 2007 in the most illustrious location for the harder side of dance styles: Amsterdam’s Borchlandhal. Together with the Multigroove and UDC families, Daniele Mondello is honoured and proud to present: ‘Daniele Mondello // il Capo di tutti capi’.

Sicily’s native son came in first during an Italian national mix championship and a talent championship in 1990/1991. In 1993, he participated in the Technics DMC World Mixing Championship, and performed a 4-deck set as a finalist in London’s legendary ‘Ministry of Sound’. In that same year, he conquered Italy by winning the Italian Technics DMC Mixing Championship in Milan. One year after that, he earned fourth place in the Technics DMC World Mixing Championship in London’s Hippodrome with a 6-deck set and three mixers. Today, he has made a mark with his characteristic Italian Hardstyle sound, with a wide variety of mix CDs to his name such as Italian Hardstyle Volume 1, 2 and  3 and the Ground Zero 2006 CD and his own productions, including ‘Thunderbolt’, ‘Commander’, ‘Big Wave’, ‘Eliminat’ and ‘In The Mix’. Daniele Mondello has become a respected name in the international Hardstyle scene, famous for his scratch skills and original choice of records, not to mention one appearance after the other at harder events such as Shockers, DefQon.1, Qlimax, Hardbass, Decibel, Frequenze, Ground Zero, Mysteryland, In Qontrol, Goliath, Impulz and The Delicate Sound of Thunder. On 07-07-07 he will be back on the main stage of Ground Zero Festival 2007. It is high time to give this godfather of Hardstyle the respect he deserves.

Surrounded by his men of honour, Daniele Mondello will take his place as the head of a sinister family during this Hardstyle convention in Amsterdam’s Borchlandhal on September 29th. From 9 PM until 7 AM, this will be the  ultimate opportunity to personally experience this gangster and a huge number of respected live acts, MCs, DJs, friends and partners in audio crime from the Dutch and Italian underworld. The performances will conspire to deliberately provoke the audience with ruthless battles and explosive live acts, with the unrelenting beats and breaks blasting out of the sound dome like Tommy guns.

Step inside Mondello’s murky world of bootleg booze, gambling, intrigue and sizzling shows by seductive but ever so treacherous women. At the Don's request, the Borchlandhal in Amsterdam will once again be transformed into the ultimate Hardstyle casa, where the beats can be played louder and cleaner than anywhere else in the entire country. And with the sound, styles and skills of Daniele Mondello, the stage is set to celebrate the arrival of ‘il Capo di tutti capi’ to the outer limits.
