Odeon

Situated in the heart of Amsterdam’s Canal Belt, the Odeon has a rich heritage. The building was originally constructed in 1663 as a beer brewery and was rebuilt in the 1830’s as one of Amsterdam’s first concert halls. The Odeon was purchased by the owner of Hotel Arena in 2003 and after a complete renovation reopened in 2005. The various Odeon rooms and halls provide a wide combination of possibilities for many types of commercial, private, or cultural events. These can include performances, product presentations, conferences, lectures, wedding receptions, as well as many others. During the day the concert hall can be used for larger presentations and the other halls as break out rooms.
