Wens - Ruijs Europe Travel is a Dutch owned and managed European Tour Operator based in the Netherlands. 
This "new" company is not new at all but rather a result of two well established, tourist based companies. Ruijs Reizen, founded in 1919, originated as a Touring Car company in the village of Lith, in the Dutch province of North Brabant. European Tour Operator Wens Travel opened her doors in 1975 by initiating cooperation with outgoing operators in North America to handle Leisure and Special Interest Tours for major corporations and travel agents to Europe.

Effective January 1st, 2005, the leisure and special interest tours department of Wens Travel is officially been taken over by Ruijs Reizen, under the new company name of Wens - Ruijs Europe Travel. The head office will be in Lith, the Netherlands, where the base of operations for all leisure and special interest tours will be. Wens Travel in Baarn will continue to operate and will be responsible for all other tours (Music and Performing tours, Wens Vintage cars and Congress & Convention Services). Wens - Ruijs Europe Travel owns 22 deluxe coaches, so we can offer coach services only as well for multiply days.
