The Netherlands Board of Tourism & Conventions (NBTC) is the leading marketing and promotion organisation of the destination Holland. NBTC’s mission is to promote tourism and business travel to and within Holland. To this end, NBTC develops innovative marketing and promotion services world wide, including international events and theme years, providing added value for partners in the tourism, business travel and public sectors and visitors to Holland. NBTC is active in the fields of destination branding, destination sales & marketing, PR, market research, data management and old and new media. The company's staff has extensive knowledge of destination marketing, the Dutch tourism product and the international business and leisure travel market.
NBTC aims to be the acknowledged destination marketing organisation of Holland and acts from the point of view of the national and international leisure and business traveller.
NBTC manages, develops and exploits the destination brand Holland. This label is also used to channel and exploit the demand of the international consumer by means of the virtual Holland platform www.holland.com and CRM systems.
The company employs 170 fte at its Leidschendam head office and its offices in Beijing, Brussels, Cologne, London, Madrid, Milan, New York, Paris, Stockholm and Tokyo. NBTC has representative offices in Gliwice (Poland), Los Angeles, New Delhi, Seoul, Taipei en Toronto.
