The foundation Rotterdam Marketing is responsible for the collective marketing and promotion of the city of Rotterdam and its region. The Account Management department informs and advises organisers of congresses, meetings, trade fairs and other business events about the possibilities Rotterdam has to offer in this area. We will be pleased to brainstorm with you about the choice of venue and other possibilities that will give your conference, seminar or trade show the right atmosphere and quality. Also, we can set up a site inspection and give advise about marketing, sponsoring, promotion, subsidies, bid books and presentations.

If so desired, we can introduce you to specialised agencies such as PCO's (Professional Congress Organisers), catering and audiovisual companies, DMC's (Destination Management Companies) and other event organisers to arrange an excursion, gala dinner or social programme.
