Co-financed by the Dutch government, the Netherlands Board of Tourism & Conventions (NBTC) is an independent organization, with no commercial axe to grind. We serve the travel planners by providing complete information, sales promotion support and customized solutions to any travel-planning situation. The NBTC forwards your RFP directly to the best-suited companies in Holland.

- Supply consultancy on all aspects of international conference organization in every phase of the organizational process.
- Set up contacts for you in Holland: with your counterpart, congress venues, PCO's or service suppliers such as audiovisual companies.
- Provide tips on Dutch business etiquette and customs, culture, infrastructure, economy, etc.
- Provide financial consultancy on the Dutch convention industry's Pre-Financing and Guarantee Fund. We can also advise you on the intricacies of value-added tax (VAT).
- We keep track of the dates and locations of international conventions in Holland. See our web site for an overview.
- The NBTC is there to answer all your questions, whatever they're about - small or large meetings and conventions, guest speakers or visuals.
