The French Ciel Bleu Restaurant on the 23rd floor of Hotel Okura Amsterdam recently opened its doors again, after large-scale renovations. Well-known architect Bert Verweij has created a restaurant where every place offers a breathtaking view of Amsterdam. As a result of the renovation and the use of plenty of glass and various shades of brown, the Ciel Bleu Restaurant has acquired a more luxurious, warm and modern atmosphere.

Hotel Okura Amsterdam’s French restaurant Ciel Bleu has just been awarded a second Michelin Star. This award makes Hotel Okura Amsterdam even more unique from a culinary point of view.
